OUR HISTORY

NGO "Northern Cultural Capital" is a public organization from the time of the full-scale invasion of the Chernihiv region.

A community of like-minded people that was legally formalized much later than it began to work.

Members of the future NGO experienced the occupation in the spring of 2022 in various settlements of the Chernihiv region, each gained "new" experiences, and from that a whole lot more desire to defend the information space, look for opportunities to tell about the events in the region, solve urgent issues that arose in interaction with Ukrainians who became internally displaced persons outside of Ukraine.

MISSION

To provide as many people as possible, primarily Ukrainians, in border areas and internally displaced persons abroad, with quality, meaningful and innovative cultural products.

VISION

To fill the space with content so that an ordinary resident of the Ukrainian border region, on par with Ukrainians abroad, does not feel a lack of knowledge about Ukraine, Ukrainian culture, and its components or drivers and can freely receive full-fledged cultural products.

VALUES

Mutual respect, awareness, understanding, discipline, gratitude, optimism, patience, tolerance and honesty.
